Treasures of Darkness specializes in collectible mineral specimens, educational content, and related products and services.

Product availability, pricing, and website content are subject to change without notice.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs of every specimen we offer.

All mineral specimens are represented to the best of our knowledge and expertise. Any known repairs, stabilization, treatments, or other material alterations will be disclosed in the product description whenever applicable.

Because minerals are natural, one-of-a-kind creations, each specimen is unique. Variations in color, crystal habit, inclusions, matrix, and overall appearance are part of the natural character of the specimen and should not be considered defects.

While we make every effort to accurately represent color and detail, actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile device settings.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inventory discrepancies
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Mineral specimens require specialized packaging due to their fragile nature.

Every order is carefully packed using materials appropriate for the safe transport of collectible minerals.

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your package or specimen arrives damaged, you must notify Treasures of Darkness within 48 hours of the carrier's documented delivery date.

Please retain:

• The original shipping box
• All packing materials
• The damaged specimen

Photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, and damaged specimen will be required before any insurance claim or replacement request can be processed.

Because shipping carriers impose strict claim deadlines, damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for reimbursement or replacement.

Because every mineral specimen is unique, returns require prior authorization.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than shipping damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

If a return is approved:

• The specimen must be shipped within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The specimen must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Tracking information is required.
• Insurance is required for returns valued over $100.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds will be processed after the returned specimen has been received and inspected.

All photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and other website content are the property of Treasures of Darkness unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

Treasures of Darkness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through this website, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product.
